A little while ago, a customer asked us an interesting question. Having just ran out of her first bottle of our Organic Swishing Oil, and with no back up bottle on hand, she used coconut oil from her pantry until she was able to obtain a new bottle of our Organic Swishing Oil. Her question was: why did We Love Organics Organic Swishing Oil give her better results than when she used plain coconut oil on its own?
The answer is synergy.
We believe coconut oil is wonderful for oil pulling, and works even better when harnessed in our holistic oil pulling blend. Firstly, each of the oils in our special blend are beneficial for teeth and gums. Secondly, the compatibility of our chosen oils has allowed us to blend them in such a way as to produce a synergistic result. That is to say, a result that is greater than the sum of its parts. And this is exactly what our customer had experienced for herself, reporting that she felt our Swishing Oil worked more deeply to draw out and absorb all the toxins and nasties.
Collectively, our unique oil blend contains a broad spectrum of naturally-occurring nutrients including Vitamins E, A, D and K, triterpenes, polyphenols, antioxidants, lauric acid, potassium and calcium. Together these nutrient-dense oils — which are also anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiseptic — may support tissue regeneration and the immune system, and may assist in gum and wound healing, fighting candida, alleviating bad breath, balancing oral microbiome, as well as relieving tooth and gum pain and sensitivity.
