Definitions:
“We”, “us”, “our”, “We Love Organics” refers to We Choose Organics Ltd.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to all website users.
“Product” refers to any product available through this website.
Pricing & Payment
The Customer will be charged the prices stated on this website at the time of purchasing. These prices are in NZD. All pricing is subject to change without warning.
The Customer must pay via Stripe.
Orders will only be processed once payment(s) have cleared in our account.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed or once payment clears in our account. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. If, for some reason, your order cannot be processed within the stated timeframe, we will inform you of this via email once your order has been placed.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been received for an order placed through our website it is unable to be cancelled. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@weloveorganics.co.nz.
Guarantee
All goods are fit for the stated purpose.
Delivery Rates
Nationwide Urban Delivery in New Zealand is $9.00 for both North and South Islands.
Nationwide Rural Delivery in New Zealand is $12.50 for both North and South Islands.
Delivery to the Hauraki Gulf Islands & Chatham Islands is a flat rate of $15.00.
Delivery to Stewart Island is $15.00 for orders valued at $55.00 or less. For orders valued over $55.00, delivery to Stewart Island is $27.00.
If your order exceeds our average order size and does not fit in one of our usual parcel bags or boxes, additional shipping costs may be charged.
These prices are subject to change without warning.
Damages & Delays
We will always pack your order well and with care to avoid damages during delivery. We use a third-party courier service and are not liable for products which are damaged during transit. If your order is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can contact the courier.
If we are aware of courier delays, we will contact you to let you know. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days from dispatch, please contact us so that we can follow up with the courier.
Force Majeure
We are a small family business. We appreciate your understanding that in the event of a force majeure, illness, injury or other unexpected event beyond our control, order processing, dispatching and response to inquiries may be delayed.
Privacy Statement
When you use this website and/or place an order, we will collect some personal information from you, including your:

- Contact details
- Delivery details.
We need this information in order to process and dispatch orders placed by you. We share this information with the courier service provider/s we use in order to ship your order to you. Other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order, we never share, sell or distribute your information. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will store your name and email address in our online email account. If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, we will delete this information immediately.
Providing personal information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name, contact and delivery information, we’ll be unable to process or dispatch your order.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@weloveorganics.co.nz.
Confidentiality
Your data is stored securely. We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell our customers’ information to third parties or allow unauthorised personnel to access your data. Your data is only ever used for the purposes stated in the previous clause.
Security Statement
For security reasons, we do not keep your credit card details. We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
Consumer Guarantee
Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
We will replace or refund faulty goods or incorrect items. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept change of mind returns or returns because you do not like the taste or texture.
