The Customer will be charged the prices stated on this website at the time of purchasing. These prices are in NZD. Prices are subject to change without warning.

All Customer payments must be made through Stripe. To pay for an order via bank transfer, please contact us with your order.

Cancellation Policy

Please choose carefully and read through all terms and conditions prior to placing your order, as once an order has been placed it is unable to be cancelled or refunded. If you make a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Guarantee

All goods are fit for the stated purpose.

Our products are handcrafted, not mass produced. As our ingredients are organic and natural in origin, some slight variations to colour and consistency may occur between batches.

Sometimes our ingredients lists may change and may not be 100% up-to-date on our website. Please feel free to contact us to confirm current ingredients list/s prior to placing your order or refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredients.

Please note, as we are regularly reprinting our labels, sometimes the images of products shown on our website may not reflect the latest labelling/packaging of that product.

Consumer Guarantee Act

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.

We will replace or refund any faulty goods or incorrectly supplied items. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept change of mind returns or returns because you do not like the taste, texture, smell, etc.

Damages & Delays

We will always pack your order well and with care to avoid damages during delivery. We use a third-party courier service and are not liable for damage caused in transit. If your order is delivered to you in a damaged condition, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can contact our courier and find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

If we are aware of courier delays, we will contact you to let you know; please be sure to check the inbox of the email address you used to place the order, including your other and/or junk folders, to make sure receive all communications from us and from our courier regarding your order delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days from dispatch and we haven’t already made contact with you, please get in touch and we will follow up with our courier.

Rewards Program

Our Rewards Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
  • Only purchases made through this website are eligible for rewards.
  • A maximum of 500 points ($50.00 rewards voucher) can be used in a single transaction.
  • Rewards vouchers cannot be used in combination with other promotional discounts or automatic bundle deal discounts.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Rewards program at any time.

Force Majeure

We are a small family owned-and-operated business. In the event of a force majeure, illness, injury or other unexpected event beyond our control, order processing, dispatching and response to inquiries may be delayed, and we may be unable to notify you of this delay at the time. By using this website and placing orders through this website, you agree to accepting such delays under such circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Privacy Statement

When you use this website, create an account and/or place an order, we will collect some personal information from you, including your:

  • Contact details.
  • Delivery details.

We need this information in order to process and dispatch orders placed by you. We share this information with the courier service provider/s we use in order to ship your order to you. Other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order, we never share, sell or distribute your information.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will store your name and email address. If you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, we will delete this information immediately. You may unsubscribe to our mailing list anytime. Simply reply to the last marketing communication you received from us with the message, UNSUBSCRIBE.

Providing personal information is optional. If you choose not to enter your name, contact and delivery information, we’ll be unable to process or dispatch your order, and you will not be able to create an account to collect and redeem rewards points.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us.

Confidentiality

Your data is stored securely. We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell our customers’ information to third parties or allow unauthorised personnel to access your data. Your data is only ever used for the purposes stated in the previous clause.

Security Statement For security reasons, we do not keep your credit card details. We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
