Our Teeth Brushing Tips
- It is recommended to wait at least 15 minutes after eating before brushing teeth as digestion starts in the mouth. If you need to brush sooner, that’s okay, just rinse your mouth with water well first, and then use an alkalising toothpaste, like Teethpaste.
- Always use a soft or extra-soft bristled toothbrush, as medium or firm bristles are very harsh on the enamel and gums and can damage them, making teeth more prone to staining and increasing oral sensitivity.
- Always brush your teeth gently, the idea is to cleanse not scrub.
- After brushing, always rinse your mouth out well with clean filtered water.
