At We Love Organics, we recommend using soft toothbrushes as medium and firm bristled brushes are very harsh on enamel and gums and can cause damage, making teeth more prone to staining and increased sensitivity.

In order to help protect your enamel and decrease sensitivity, always remember to brush your teeth gently and always remind your child to brush gently to cleanse their teeth. Do not use the toothbrush to scrub.
It is advisable to always supervise your children when they brush their teeth. This way you can make sure they brush their teeth gently in circular motions to clean teeth and gums, and ensure they are not brushing too hard.
