Our all-purpose Muscle Ease Balm absorbs into skin to ease and soothe your muscles, while promoting deep relaxation. Gently cooling with a calming aroma, this balm is great for sports, workout and massage too.

Holistically formulated and handcrafted, this is a firmer balm that softens on application. When spread over skin this Muscle Ease Balm creates a natural, moisturising barrier that is slowly absorbed into the skin, providing sustained benefits.

We recommend keeping a full-size balm in your home, and a travel size with you when you’re out and about.

Gently apply balm onto clean skin. If needed, warm between fingers to soften first.
