Directions
Wash before use with warm soapy water, rinse and pat dry with a clean tea towel.
Pour oil onto spoon. Place the oil on the spoon inside your mouth. Remove the spoon from your mouth, and swish the oil around your mouth as per our Swishing Oil instructions.
Wash spoon after each use. Dry immediately with a cloth. Store in a clean, dry place, free from dust.
Please note: This spoon holds the maximum amount of Swishing Oil that is generally needed, though you can use less oil than the spoon holds if you prefer.
